COVID-19 Service Update UK

Dear Customer,

Our thoughts are with you and your families during these uncertain times. It's hard to navigate the unknown. As we continue to better understand COVID-19 we want to do all we can to keep our customers and our team safe, while delivering what you need.


Our key message to our valued customers is that we remain open for business at this challenging time. We are here to support you through this crisis.


However, there are some changes to our service that we wish to update you on:


  • You can contact us on our usual number (+44 1892 519290) Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • Orders will be dispatched same working day for next day delivery up to 4:00pm 
  • All orders will be delivered for next day delivery by FedEx - there are no delays with their service
  • Our team that can are working from home and we have cancelled all business travel and visitors to our site
  • Our team who are still working at our site are respecting strict social distancing and sanitation practices
  • As many manufacturers of the products we sell are based in northern Italy, we expect there to be some stock issues in the coming months. We are working hard to minimise this. All back orders will be checked with you and lead times confirmed. If a product is out of stock, we will talk through your options


Please continue to look after yourself and each other to stay safe and well. As the situation changes, our plans may too, but we will keep you updated.
