What time can I order up to and still get same day dispatch?

You can order up until 4:00pm (BST) Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. Please note that we don't dispatch on UK public holidays.

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are dispatched the same day - Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

How will I know my order has been dispatched?

When we dispatch your order, you'll receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase and the delivery method you've chosen. It will include a link to the FedEx website so you can track the progress of your delivery.

When will my order arrive?

Our standard delivery is next working day between the hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (BST) unless an alternative delivery service is requested.

Who will deliver my order?

We use the courier service FedEx for all UK deliveries.

How can I track my order?

Tracking details of your order will be included in your dispatch confirmation. You can also track a parcel from your account area.

Can I upgrade the delivery service once the order has been dispatched?

Deliveries cannot be upgraded after 4:00pm (BST) on the day of dispatch. Before this time please contact us to make the arrangements.

Do I need to sign for my order?

All deliveries require a signature.

Will I be charged a second delivery fee for a back-ordered product?

No - you will only be charged one delivery fee (dependant on net order value) and we will send products on in a case of a back order, free of charge.

What happens if I miss my scheduled delivery?

All deliveries are made by FedEx and a signature is required. Please make sure someone is available at the address to accept the delivery. If you miss your scheduled delivery, the courier will leave a notification card and return to try and deliver the parcel the next working day using the same delivery option. The courier will do this on three consecutive working days unless they're told by you or us to hold the parcel for a future delivery date or that you are going to collect the item from the depot instead. If you want to change the delivery address, please let our customer services team know. If the courier has visited the address three times to deliver your goods without any luck, the package will be returned to Stonetools. If this happens, we may charge you for the return.

What happens if my goods arrive late?

If your order doesn't arrive by the intended date or time because of a dispatch error or a transit issue with the courier, please call customer services on + 44 1892 519290 any time Monday - Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm (BST). Alternatively, you can email We will partially/fully credit your delivery costs as long as the fault is a service error on our part.
