Stonetools is committed to:

  • fulfilling the requirements of our compliance obligations and, wherever possible, exceeding these requirements to offer the very best in quality service;
  • working hard to understand our internal needs and requirements and those of our customers and suppliers and keeping these at the forefront of our service delivery;
  • ensuring that the maintenance and improvement of quality service delivery is the responsibility of all staff within the company;
  • ensuring that third party accreditation and certification is maintained;
  • defining company objectives and targets to ensure that continual improvement is achieved;
  • ensuring the requirements for a quality system and quality objectives and targets are fully identified and implemented so ensuring we always provide a quality service to our customers;
  • training, development and coaching of our staff to enable continuous effective operation of the Quality Management System (QMS), including to ISO 9001, company policies and objectives and the delivery of quality service;
  • monitoring and continuously improve against our company quality objectives and targets;
  • ensuring all our system documents are prepared in accordance with Stonetools declared policies and systems.

Stonetools commitment to internal auditing and reporting of the management systems is carried out at defined frequencies by independent trained Auditors. This ensures the processes defined by the QMS are effective in driving continual improvement, the meeting of compliance obligations and ensuring we maintain an excellent level of customer service.
