Older 2 is a solvent-free sealer and reviver for marble and natural stone, from General's green range. Older 2 penetrates into the porosities of the treated material, proofing it and developing a “wet effect” that enhances the veins strengthening the materials. Develops a warm and long-lasting shade on all the natural stones enhancing the veins of the materials.
The water-based properties provide some great advantages. It is almost odourless which makes it a great product for use on-site or for areas inside rather than a choosing other strong smelling colour enhancers.
In addition, it is not essential for the surface to be completely dry before application, which can reduce downtime. The product also has a waterproofing and anti-dirtying effect, making it ideal for surfaces that are vulnerable to fading from foot traffic.
