Lightning Straight Routers are for the fast cutting of quartz and granite on CNC machines. They are available in 20mmØ and 22mmØ, with and without an end segment. They have a unique design where the diamond segments are very strong as they are built into the fitting of the tool. This means you can use 20mmØ tools without breakages.
20mmØ tools have many advantages. First, for internal cutting, the lifespan of the first metal profiling tool is extended as most internal polishing tools are 20mmØ. Second, less power is drawn from the machines motor, and third, they work faster as less stock is being removed.

Lightning Core Drills are for the fast drilling of quartz and granite on CNC machines. They feature 1mm thin cutting crowns that drills fast and leave clean results. The thin crown ensures that reduced downward pressure is applied on the surface compared to a standard crown. Less pressure means fewer breakages over fragile sink cutouts. This will help to ensure each worktop is safely drilled and material wastage reduced. Stock removal involved in the coring process is also reduced meaning the life of the tool is extended.
